Cargolux recognized “Best Developing Freighter Operator 2019” by Budapest airport

Cargolux is honored to have received the “Best Developing Freighter Operator 2019” at the annual Budapest airport award ceremony. After 18 years of fruitful cooperation between BUD airport and Europe’s leading all-cargo carrier, 2019 cemented the two entities’ long-standing collaboration. Indeed, Cargolux doubled its weekly frequencies from three to six scheduled services and introduced a new direct route from Zhengzhou Airport, the carrier’s second hub in China.

BUD celebrated a year of large-scale developments in 2019 in all important business segments, passengers, aircraft maintenance, and cargo. The award ceremony was the opportunity to a celebrate a successful year at Budapest Airport.
